Previously, the college of engineering has only received votes from below 5% of the enrolled students. I am hoping this fall, we will increase the number of votes by at least double so as to get the true voice of all of the students. The student governments on campus are doing their best to make your college experience the best that it can be--let your voice be heard to elect the best possible candidates for you.

The University of Michigan Roosevelt Institution is proud to present dream.DETROIT—a project utilizing art as a means to promote effective social programs and increase community service/advocacy.
In a city like Detroit, one faced with many social and economic problems, the process of rebuilding often overlooks the importance of nourishing the soul of its citizen's and the neighborhoods where they live. We hope to change that by producing social policy, which utilizes art—dance, theatre, music, and visual mediums—as a means of stimulating urban development and economic growth. By incorporating members of the academic and artistic communities with those who work and live within the city, we intend to provide alternative policy solutions to improve education, youth development, and draw people and industry back into the city.
