"Transsexual and Trans Feminine Perspectives on Sexism,"
a talk by Julia Serano, University of California - Berkeley
Julia Serano is a writer, performer, trans activist and biologist, and
the author of the book Whipping Girl: A Transsexual Woman on Sexism and
the Scapegoating of Femininity (Seal Press, 2007), a collection of
personal essays that examines the ways in which misogyny frames
popular stereotypes and assumptions about transsexual women.
